What is a Stock Condition Survey? 

A Stock Condition Survey is a structured assessment of the physical state of a portfolio of properties. It provides a snapshot of the condition, age, and remaining life of key building components such as roofs, windows, kitchens, and heating systems. Typically carried out on residential housing stock, these surveys enable housing providers to understand the state of their assets and ensure properties remain safe, habitable, and compliant with relevant standards.

Scope of Survey
