Ed has over 25 years technical and professional experience in the property sector with a range of experience in construction, building maintenance and facilities management. This includes working in social housing and the private sector as a building surveyor since 2001. Since 2010 Ed has specialised in fire safety in the residential sector, in both student accommodation for a private provider and then in social housing, at both Southwark Council and then Clarion Housing Group. Over the last two years Edward has been focusing on Building Safety and the development of Safety Cases at Clarion.
